  • 12 pieces of bread, for sandwich
  • 3/4 cups mole paste, instant
  • 1 cup chicken breast , shredded
  • 200 grams panela cheese , grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the edges of the bread, leave them in small squares, spray each square of bread with PAM® Olive, add chopped garlic, mole sauce, chicken breast, cheese, and cilantro.
