Orange Baked Chicken

This is a perfect recipe for a fancy dinner or to surprise the family.

  • Marinate the chicken breasts for 2 hours with lemon juice, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and margarine.
  • Cook in a moderate oven at 350 °F or 175 °C until they start to turn white, gradually add the orange juice and let them cook until browned.
  • Flip them and let them brown on the other side.
  • Strain the cooking liquid and serve in a separate sauce boat, adding chicken broth if necessary and 1 teaspoon of flour dissolved in cold water to thicken the sauce.
