  • 1/2 cups orange juice, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar, for the sauce

  • 14 cups unsalted butter , for the sauce
  • 16 chicken wings

  • In a saucepan, mix Embasa® Tomato Sauce, orange juice, white vinegar, orange zest, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, onion powder, and pepper. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until reduced. Add the butter and remove from heat.
  • In a bowl with flour, add spices like garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, and onion powder; mix until integrated. Place the wings in the bowl to coat them with flour. Set aside.
  • Heat a saucepan with oil over medium heat and fry the wings for 12 minutes. Remove and place on absorbent paper.
  • Place the wings in a bowl and coat them with the orange sauce.
  • Serve with celery and carrot.
