Orange Chicken with Bacon

This orange chicken recipe is simple, easy, and quick.

  • To marinate: blend half of the orange juice with the garlic, the 3 small peppers, the allspice, salt, and a piece of onion. Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
  • Fry the bacon with a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan and set aside.
  • Sear the marinated chicken for 2 minutes in the same saucepan as the bacon, then add the chicken marinade, the rest of the juice, the bacon, bay leaf, clove, lemon juice, and the julienned onion.
  • Cover the saucepan and let it cook over medium heat; once ready, serve it.
