Orange Chicken with Blueberries and French Fries

Easy and simple recipe for the winter season, it can also be served at Christmas or New Year's dinner.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 zucchinis, elongated green
  • 1 green bell pepper, large
  • 3 oranges, strained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pieces Mccormick®
  • 1 pinch dry rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups cranberries, dry
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt , to taste
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 package potato , frozen French fries
  • 1 clove garlic

  • Boil the chicken breasts with a clove of garlic in plenty of water. Remove from heat when cooked and cut into cubes, being careful not to burn yourself, and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil and fry the French fries; when they are al dente, remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a wide Wok pan, heat olive oil over high heat, and when it's hot, add the zucchini cut into cubes, the bell pepper cut into thin strips, and let it cook; we want them to be crunchy.
  • When the zucchini is slightly browned, add the chicken pieces, salt, broth, green onion, sugar, garlic powder, rosemary, and mix to incorporate everything.
  • Immediately add the tangerine juice, stir a bit, and add the blueberries.
  • Lower the heat, mix a bit more, and cover to let it cook for about 15 more minutes.
