350 grams sirloin, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cups hot sauce
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup broccoli
1 cup red bell pepper, stir-fried

In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, hot sauce, water, and cornstarch.
Combine the beef with ginger and garlic.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat and add the beef, frying for 4 minutes.
Remove the beef from the heat and heat another tablespoon of oil. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the soy sauce mixture and the beef to the vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
