Oriental Beef

A delicious beef dish in an oriental style with vegetables and soy sauce.

  • 350 grams sirloin, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, stir-fried

  • In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, hot sauce, water, and cornstarch.
  • Combine the beef with ginger and garlic.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat and add the beef, frying for 4 minutes.
  • Remove the beef from the heat and heat another tablespoon of oil. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Add the soy sauce mixture and the beef to the vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
