  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 sprigs celery
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cans chipotle chile, in pieces

  • Marinate the chicken with chopped garlic, sherry, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and salt,
  • Then fry the legs in hot oil and set aside,
  • Cook the diced celery and bell pepper in the pineapple syrup until tender,
  • Mix the cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil, and vinegar,
  • Add the celery and bell pepper and let cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
  • Add the pineapple cut into pieces, the chipotle pepper, and pour over the legs.
