1/2 cans chipotle chile, in pieces

Marinate the chicken with chopped garlic, sherry, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and salt,
Then fry the legs in hot oil and set aside,
Cook the diced celery and bell pepper in the pineapple syrup until tender,
Mix the cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil, and vinegar,
Add the celery and bell pepper and let cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the pineapple cut into pieces, the chipotle pepper, and pour over the legs.
