300 grams rib eye
1 onion
200 grams American cheese
2 baguettes

Slice the onion and place it in a hot skillet with oil. Let it cook for about 6 minutes or enough to caramelize the onion.
Combine all the cheese in a pot and melt it in a water bath.
While slicing the meat into thin strips, grill it in another skillet.
Prepare the baguettes by cutting them in half and spreading a little mustard inside.
Mix the meat and the onion.
Put the meat with the onion in the baguettes.
Place the cheese on top of the meat.
Cut the baguettes in half and serve hot.
