Philly Cheese Steak

  • 300 grams rib eye
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams American cheese
  • 2 baguettes

  • Slice the onion and place it in a hot skillet with oil. Let it cook for about 6 minutes or enough to caramelize the onion.
  • Combine all the cheese in a pot and melt it in a water bath.
  • While slicing the meat into thin strips, grill it in another skillet.
  • Prepare the baguettes by cutting them in half and spreading a little mustard inside.
  • Mix the meat and the onion.
  • Put the meat with the onion in the baguettes.
  • Place the cheese on top of the meat.
  • Cut the baguettes in half and serve hot.
