Picadillo

Picadillo is a typical Mexican stew made with ground meat and vegetables.

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 300 grams ground beef, or pork
  • salt , to taste
  • bay, to taste
  • oregano , to taste

  • Cut the carrot and potato into cubes and cook them.
  • Blend tomatoes with onion to taste, season and add the cooked potato and carrot; once seasoned, add ground beef or pork.
  • Let it dry and add salt to taste as well as bay leaf and oregano.
