Picadillo Tostadas

This recipe is great for a snack or main dish, prepare some delicious picadillo tostadas, and serve them with your favorite hot sauce.

  • Pam® Original, canola oil spray
  • 350 grams ground meat, beef
  • 210 grams tomato purée
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 2/3 cups carrot, in cubes
  • 2/3 cups peas, cooked
  • 2/3 cups potato, chopped into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 chipotle chiles
  • 12 tostadas
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups panela cheese, shredded
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Spray a saucepan with two shots of PAM® Original, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the meat until cooked.
  • Blend the tomato puree with the chipotle peppers, add to the meat and vegetables, let cook for 10 minutes on low heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper
