Delicious baby back ribs wrapped in bread prepared on the grill. Being wrapped in bread will prevent them from burning on the outside while keeping them juicy and tender on the inside and outside.
Mix the water, sugar, and yeast, and let it rest until a sponge forms.
Sift the flour with the shortening and salt. Form a volcano and add the water with sugar and yeast in the center, gradually incorporating until a dough forms. Let it rest and set aside.
Marinate the baby back ribs with Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
On a table, spread a bit more flour to roll out the previously made dough. Roll it out so that the ribs can be wrapped in the dough. Wrap the ribs ensuring there are no uncovered spaces. Once the ribs are ready, cover with previously greased aluminum foil using a bit of cooking spray.
Once wrapped, place the ribs on the grill for 30-40 minutes and carefully check if the bread is cooked. Once the bread is cooked, remove the ribs from the grill, take off the aluminum foil, and the bread (the bread can also be eaten as a snack while the ribs are finishing). Again, brush the ribs with more Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce and return to the grill for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the grill and serve.
