Shrimp Skewers Wrapped in Bacon

10 large shrimp
1 cup cream cheese, spreadable
1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
10 slices smoked bacon
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
10 skewer sticks, bamboo
2 sprigs cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Clean the shrimp very well: Remove the shells, cut them in half, and rinse them under running water until all the dirt is gone. Set aside.
Slide the skewer through the shrimp to assemble the skewers.
Mix the cream cheese, manchego cheese, salt, ground black pepper, and a teaspoon of garlic powder in a bowl.
Stuff the shrimp with cheese and wrap the entire shrimp with a slice of bacon. Use a skewer to secure the skewer.
Cook the shrimp bacon skewers in a skillet or grill for 10 minutes and serve with fresh cilantro.
