Chicharrón in Green Sauce with Beans

Delicious chicharrón in green sauce in less than 30 minutes, it's an easy and tasty dish that you can eat in tacos or on its own accompanied by beans and rice. A delight of Mexican cuisine that you can prepare any day of the week.

1/2 kilos tomatillo
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
1 sprig fresh cilantro
salt and pepper
1 kilo pork rinds
2 cups beans, from the pot
Preparation

Blend the tomato with the garlic, onion, and cilantro; gradually add the water so that the sauce doesn't become too watery.
Heat the sauce until it boils, when it does; add the chopped chicharrón and cook for 20 more minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Serve with the beans.
