  • 1/4 onions, sliced
  • 3 serrano chiles, in slices
  • 6 tomatoes, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups pork rinds
  • salt

  • corn tortillas, to accompany

  • In a deep skillet, fry the onion and chili with a little oil until they are shiny. Add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes, incorporate the chicken broth and let it come to a boil. Add the chicharrón, season with salt and pepper, add cilantro leaves, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve and decorate with cilantro leaves.
