2 cups pork rinds, cut into pieces
3 serrano chile
2 cloves garlic
1 tomatillo, without skin
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoons black pepper
1 cup water
1 sprig fresh cilantro, fresh
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, large, sliced
1/2 tablespoons cumin, ground
1 cup nopal, cooked and chopped

For the sauce, blend the chiles, garlic, tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper, and water. Set aside.
In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion, add the tomato sauce and incorporate cumin. Cook for 10 minutes and season.
Add the nopales and the chicharrón, cover the pot, and cook for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
