Beans with Chorizo

Nutritious freshly cooked pot beans with chorizo, different and delicious especially for the little ones. I invite you to prepare it and enjoy it as much as I do.

  • 1/2 kilos beans
  • 3 strips chorizo 3 strips chorizo

  • Soak the beans overnight. The next day, cook them with enough water in your pressure cooker, or in the way you prefer; once cooked, add salt and let them boil for a little longer.
  • Chop the onion, tomato, and garlic, and keep everything separate.
  • Fry the chorizo in pieces with not much oil; once cooked, add the onion and garlic, and fry for 5 minutes. After this time, mix in the tomato and fry for another 5 minutes covered on low heat. Make sure your pot is large, then add the beans and boil for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve the warm beans and accompany them with freshly bought tortillas.
