Chorizo and Potato Tacos

A traditional recipe for preparing Chorizo and Potato Tacos that must not be missing from any taquiza you organize, it is very easy to prepare and everyone's favorite.

  • 2 potatoes, large
  • 1 pound chorizo
  • 2 tablespoons ground oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/4 kilos corn tortillas

  • Cut the Potatoes into small cubes of 1 centimeter, then boil them for about 5 minutes or until they are ready. Drain them and set aside.
  • Remove the meat from the Chorizo in crumbles and put it in a hot skillet without oil, let it cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the Potatoes, Oregano, and salt to the same skillet where the Chorizo is cooking and let them cook together for another 5 minutes.
  • Warm the Tortillas on the griddle and serve the Chorizo with Potatoes on them.
