2 tablespoons ground oregano
salt , to taste

Cut the potatoes into small 1-centimeter cubes, then boil them for about 5 minutes or until they are ready. Drain and set aside.
Remove the chorizo meat in crumbles and place it in a hot skillet without oil, let it cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, oregano, and salt to the same skillet where the chorizo is cooking and let them cook together for another 5 minutes.
Serve the chorizo with potatoes on the tostadas.
