Chorizo and Potato Tostadas

  • 2 potatoes, large
  • 1 pound chorizo
  • 2 tablespoons ground oregano
  • salt , to taste
  • 12 tostadas

  • Cut the potatoes into small 1-centimeter cubes, then boil them for about 5 minutes or until they are ready. Drain and set aside.
  • Remove the chorizo meat in crumbles and place it in a hot skillet without oil, let it cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the potatoes, oregano, and salt to the same skillet where the chorizo is cooking and let them cook together for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve the chorizo with potatoes on the tostadas.
