160 grams chorizo
40 grams queso fresco
40 grams sour cream
salsas, fried red
vegetable oil
fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste

Fry the huarache (large tortilla, in the shape of a huarache) and drain excess grease.
Spread the huarache with refried beans.
Place the fried chorizo, lettuce, cream, and cheese on the huarache.
Sprinkle cilantro and add salsa to taste.
