  • 40 grams canned refried black beans
  • 160 grams chorizo
  • 40 grams queso fresco
  • 40 grams sour cream
  • salsas, fried red
  • vegetable oil
  • fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste

  • Fry the huarache (large tortilla, in the shape of a huarache) and drain excess grease.
  • Spread the huarache with refried beans.
  • Place the fried chorizo, lettuce, cream, and cheese on the huarache.
  • Sprinkle cilantro and add salsa to taste.
