Chorizo Sauce Tacos

You won't be able to wait to try this delicious taco recipe; it's very easy to prepare with ingredients we already have at home, I hope you like it.

  • 16 corn tortillas
  • 300 grams chorizo
  • 1 kilo potato, cooked and mashed
  • 5 tomatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • chipotle chiles, to taste
  • sour cream, for serving
  • fresh cilantro, for serving
  • vegetable oil, c/n
  • salt, to taste

  • Fill the tortillas with the mashed potato and fold in half (secure with a toothpick if necessary). Brown in hot oil and set aside.
  • For the sauce: Blend the tomatoes with a little water and salt.
  • On the other hand, fry the chorizo with the onion and finely chopped chipotle, once the chorizo is browned, add the tomato and adjust the seasoning, let it boil until thick.
  • Serve the tacos and pour the sauce on top, adding cream to taste and cilantro leaves.
