Potato with Chorizo

Delicious potato and chorizo recipe, ideal to accompany your favorite dish or for a light dinner. It turns out great, give it a try!

  • 500 grams chorizo
  • 500 grams potato , peeled and boiled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pieces Mccormick®
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
  • In a skillet with a little oil over medium heat, cook the chorizo for 8 to 10 minutes, drain, and return to the skillet. Add the potatoes and cook for 1 minute, mixing with the chorizo.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve.
