Tlacoyos with Chorizo

During these patriotic festivities, tlacoyos are a must. Prepare them with your favorite ingredient and enjoy them with all your guests.

  • 1/2 kilos masa dough
  • 1/4 kilos chorizo
  • 1 onion, girl
  • añejo cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lard, or oil for frying
  • salt, to taste
  • panela cheese, to taste
  • sour cream, to taste
  • green salsas, to taste
  • 1 can refried beans

  • Form small tortillas with the dough, fill them with refried beans. Seal them and shape them into tlacoyos, cook them on the griddle, and once cooked, fry them in a little oil.
  • Once the tlacoyo is ready, serve the fried chorizo on top, sprinkle with panela cheese, cream, and a bit of green sauce.
