Churrasquinis

A different way to eat grilled meat. It is served in tacos with corn tortillas, accompanied by chimichurri. The meat remains very juicy and tender, in addition to having the rich aroma and flavor of bell pepper and the crunchy texture of cabbage. Give it a try.

  • 1 kilo pork, for grilling
  • 200 grams chimichurri
  • 1 cabbage, fresh
  • 1 bell pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise

  • Season the meat to taste; you can use your imagination, it can be just a little salt and pepper, or you can add bitter orange juice.
  • Chop the cabbage in the processor until it becomes a fine salad, including the bell pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine the cabbage, bell pepper, and add mayonnaise along with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is uniform.
  • On the grill, place the meat, add the chimichurri, then when you take it off, slice it into thin strips and set aside.
  • Place the corn tortillas on the grill and add a little chimichurri to each one.
  • To serve, place the tortilla, then the cabbage, followed by the grilled meat, and finally a hot sauce you have at home; enjoy.
