  • 1 kilo pork
  • 1/2 sticks achiote paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 oregano
  • 6 pepper, whole
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 Habanero chile
  • salt

  • Cut the onion and habanero, cover them with salt and white vinegar.
  • Place the banana leaf in the pressure cooker and wrap the meat and all the other ingredients, adding water if necessary to cover the meat.
  • Cover the pot and cook for 35 min.
  • Remove the meat from the pot and shred it.
  • Cover the shredded meat with the broth.
  • Heat tortillas and serve with onions, habanero, and beans.
