Try these crispy pork wings, as they are a great option with lots of meat and a delicious spicy flavor. Because it is a very versatile recipe, these wings can serve as a snack or as a complete meal.
1/2 cups Proan® lard, melted, to precook the wings

1 tablespoon black pepper, to precook the wings

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon chile powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

3 cups buffalo sauce
cucumber, in strips, for garnish
carrot, in strips, for garnish
blue cheese sauce, for garnish

Place the Proan® pork wings on a tray and soak them in milk and lard. Then, add the orange slices, bay leaves, pepper, and salt.
Cover the pork wings and bake at 180 °C for 2 hours.
Remove from the oven, dry with paper towels, and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Dip each wing into this mixture and coat well.
Fry the Proan® pork wings in a pot with oil over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until well golden. Remove and place in a bowl with paper towels. Coat the wings with buffalo sauce.
Serve the crispy pork wings on a board and accompany with vegetables, potatoes, and blue cheese sauce.
