  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 3/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cups peppermint
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons cumin powder

  • 1 baguette

  • For the loin sandwich: blend the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, cilantro, mint leaves, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.Place the Matambre Proan® in a bowl and pour the sauce over it. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Place the marinated flank steak on the grill over indirect heat for 10 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preference.Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread and mustard on the other. Add some slices of loin, cheese, and pickles.
  • Serve the loin sandwich with French fries or your favorite side dish.
