Grandma's Tacos

These tacos are in memory of my husband's grandmother. With this recipe, you'll end up licking your fingers.

  • 500 grams pork, for shredding
  • 500 grams tomatillo
  • serrano chiles, to taste
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 corn tortillas
  • 150 milliliters cow's milk
  • oil , for frying, as needed
  • chicken broth, to taste

  • Cook the meat in a pressure cooker with garlic, onion, and salt to taste, let cool and shred.
  • Cook the tomato with the serrano pepper, blend with garlic, onion, and cilantro, season in a pan with a little oil, let it season well, and add the pork.
  • On the side, form the tacos with the warm tortillas and the meat mixture.
  • On the side, lightly beat the egg with milk and a little powdered chicken broth, incorporating well.
  • Dip the tacos in the egg mixture and place in a pan with hot oil, frying until they turn golden.
  • Once your tacos are prepared, place them on a platter and serve with green sauce.
