1 kilo pork ribs
1 kilo pork, pork meat
1/2 cups orange juice
1 orange, cut in half
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cups salt
1 bunch herb bundle
1 tablespoon allspice berries
4 cloves garlic
1/2 onions
corn tortillas
fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for serving
onion, finely chopped, for serving
lime, cut in half, for serving
green salsa, raw

In a pressure cooker, place the lard and heat the pot until it is completely melted. Add the ribs and the pork meat.
Add the orange juice, the orange, the evaporated milk, the salt, the herbs, the peppercorns, the garlic, and the onion.
Close the pot and cook for 1 hour or until the meat is perfectly cooked.
Prepare carnitas tacos, serve with cilantro, onion, green salsa, and lime.
