Corn Hot Dogs Mexican Style

Try some Mexican hot dogs with corn, feta cheese, and a bit of chili, perfect as a snack or just for craving.

  • 4 sausages
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 green onions, slices
  • salt, and pepper to taste for seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • feta cheeses, or cotija cheese
  • chile powder

  • In a skillet, cook the corn until lightly browned. Add the olive oil with the onion and cook until soft and translucent.
  • Season the preparation with salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and lime juice. Set aside.
  • Prepare the hot dogs, first the bun, then the sausage, and add the desired amount of the previous preparation.
  • Sprinkle the cheese of your choice and also the chili powder to taste.
