4 hot dog buns
2 cups corn kernels
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 green onions, slices
salt, and pepper to taste for seasoning
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lime juice
feta cheeses, or cotija cheese
chile powder

In a skillet, cook the corn until lightly browned. Add the olive oil with the onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Season the preparation with salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and lime juice. Set aside.
Prepare the hot dogs, first the bun, then the sausage, and add the desired amount of the previous preparation.
Sprinkle the cheese of your choice and also the chili powder to taste.
