Cook the sausages in a pot with water. They will be ready when they have increased in size.
Place a slice of yellow cheese around the sausage. Cover with a slice of ham; if you like, you can use a toothpick to hold it together so it doesn't fall apart.
In an electric oven, heat the sausages for a maximum of 7 minutes, just to melt the cheese and warm the sausage.
In each bun, place the sausage removing the toothpick. Enjoy.
