Hot Dog

If you want an easy and quick snack, there’s nothing like preparing this hot dog recipe; kids love it, and you can make it in minutes. You can also make it for kids' parties!

  • 8 hot dog buns, lightly toasted
  • 8 turkey sausage
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cup pickles, pickled chopped
  • 1 cup Jalapeño chile, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup

  • Bring the sausages to a boil in a large pot with water for 20 minutes or until well cooked.
  • Remove the sausages from the pot and dry them well.
  • Toast the buns either on a grill or in a toaster oven.
  • Serve each sausage inside a bun and place all the condiments on the table so everyone can add what they like best: ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, etc.
