For a very fresh taste in a classic hot dog, prepare these with cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, and carrot. Very delicious.

4 hot dog buns
4 sausages, for hot dog
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
6 serrano chiles, toreados
1 carrot, in thin sticks
1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
mayonnaise
1/2 cucumbers, cut into thin strips
2 Jalapeño chiles, fresh, sliced thin
fresh cilantro, only the leaves

Mix vinegar and sugar in the same bowl until dissolved.
Add the carrots and salt. Stir and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Prepare the hot dogs, first the bun, spread mayonnaise to taste, then add the sausage.
Finally, cover the sausage with carrot, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro.
