The leg is sliced to taste and left to thaw all day until it is ready to be prepared.
Mix the maple syrup and adobo sauce to make a thick sauce, brush the leg slices with this sauce and place them in a skillet. Once cooked, place a slice of leg and a slice of pineapple alternately in a baking dish, add the remaining sauce on top, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
