1 pork leg
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic
4 teaspoons chicken bullion
2 ancho chiles
1/4 cascabel chiles
1/4 morita chiles
1 guajillo chile, large
1/2 onions
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch clove
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cups vinegar

Clean all the chiles, soak them in water along with vinegar, garlic, onion, cloves, pepper, oregano, thyme, cumin, and cilantro.
Blend the ingredients from the first step and marinate the leg with this sauce. Let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the leg with butter.
Cook it by covering it and basting it with the same sauce, turning it every half hour. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Serve.
