Start by placing the chops on a grill along with the whole peppers with a little oil.
Leave on the heat until the chops take on a dark color on the edges and the peppers look slightly charred.
Remove the peppers from the grill and cut them into strips of 1 cm by 6 cm long, placing them in a separate bowl along with the cream.
Blend the mixture and bring it to the heat along with the corn kernels and mushrooms. Once it reaches a boil, add the chops. Turn off the heat and serve.
