1 cup cow's milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons mustard
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
4 pork chops
2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cups original sesame and chickpea spread hummus Libanius®
1 cup sour cream
1 cup goat cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chives
2 tablespoons butter
fresh chives, for garnishing

Blend the milk, egg, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the previous mixture over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat; meanwhile, coat the chops with breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops until they turn golden brown, drain on paper towels, and set aside.
For the sauce, blend the milk, add the Libanius® original chickpea and sesame hummus, cream, goat cheese, and chives.
Heat a saucepan, add the butter, pour in the sauce, and season with salt and pepper; let it cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
Serve the chops and accompany with the sauce, garnishing with chives.
