3 peaches, peeled and chopped
2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 red onions, sliced
2 black pepper, whole
1/3 cups brown sugar
1/3 cups honey
1/4 cups vegetable oil, of vinegar
salt, to taste

Sauté the onion in the oil.
Once sautéed, add the sugar, honey, vinegar, peppers, and fruits.
When it starts to boil and the fruits have broken down, add the chops, season with salt to taste, and serve when the chops are well cooked.
