Fruit Chops

This recipe for chops will have a sweet flavor with natural fruits.

  • 8 smoked pork chops
  • 3 peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 red onions, sliced
  • 2 black pepper, whole
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cups honey
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil, of vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oil

  • Sauté the onion in the oil.
  • Once sautéed, add the sugar, honey, vinegar, peppers, and fruits.
  • When it starts to boil and the fruits have broken down, add the chops, season with salt to taste, and serve when the chops are well cooked.
