  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups smoked pork chop, in small cubes
  • 1 cup canned pineapple, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce for Seasoning EMBASA®
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • mashed potatoes, to accompany
  • parsley, for decoration
  • peas, to accompany
  • carrot, to accompany

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and chops for 5 minutes. Add the pineapple, tomato puree, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the grated cheese, cover, and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Serve the chops and accompany with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
