Pork Chops in Chipotle Cream

Delicious recipe designed to ensure that smoked pork chops are not too dry. The combination with chipotle is incredible, although you can use whatever chili you like best. I guarantee it will become one of your favorite meals.

  • 1 can chipotle chile

  • Pour the cream and chiles into the blender. The amount of chiles you want will depend on how concentrated you want the flavor of the sauce. Season with a little salt since the pork chops are quite salty.
  • In a medium-depth pot, heat a little oil and fry the pork chops; just before they reach your desired doneness, pour in the chipotle cream.
  • Leave on the heat until well seasoned; if you find it too thick, add evaporated milk until it is just right. It should boil for at least 5 minutes.
