Pork Chops in Spicy Chipotle Sauce

Preparing this recipe for chipotle spicy sauce pork chops with cream in just two very simple steps will take you less than 40 minutes. It consists of pork chops cooked with onion and potatoes, accompanied by a delicious creamy sauce made with Del Fuerte® Tomato Puree with Chipotle, which gives a special touch to the flavor of the meat. You can use natural or smoked chops; just remember that natural chops take a little longer to cook.

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup onion, cut into strips
  • 5 pork chops
  • 1 cup Del Fuerte® tomato purée with chipotle chile, 210 grams
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups potato, boiled cambray potatoes cut in half
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, fry the onion with the pork chops until cooked and browned. Then pour in the Del Fuerte® Tomato Puree with Chipotle and the cream, and mix all the ingredients together.
