Pork Chops with Swiss Chard

  • Fry the pork chops in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
  • Add the sliced or chopped onion to the pork chops.
  • Dice the tomato and add it to the stew, seasoning with salt, cumin, and pepper, and sauté everything.
  • Once the tomato and onion are soft, add the chopped Swiss chard in large pieces and let it cook.
  • Finally, add the whole can of pickled serrano peppers, with their juice, along with the onion and carrot they come with, let it boil, and remove from heat.
