Pork in Green Sauce with Potatoes

A delicious and easy recipe that is not spicy; the amount of chili can be to your liking, but the combination of green sauce and potatoes with pork is divine. I recommend you prepare it and enjoy it.

  • 1 kilo pork, boneless, in pieces and cooked
  • 500 grams tomatillo, cleaned and halved (green tomatoes)
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cuaresmeño chiles
  • 1 1/2 cups broth, from the cooking of the meat (375 ml)
  • 1 cup water, 250 ml
  • 2 tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 potatoes, diced and cooked

  • Blend the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chilies, broth, water, and consommé.
  • Heat the oil and sauté the sauce for 3 minutes, add the meat and potatoes. Leave on the heat for 5 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
