1 kilo pork, boneless, in pieces and cooked
500 grams tomatillo, cleaned and halved (green tomatoes)
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
2 cuaresmeño chiles
1 1/2 cups broth, from the cooking of the meat (375 ml)
1 cup water, 250 ml
2 tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon
4 potatoes, diced and cooked

Blend the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chilies, broth, water, and consommé.
Heat the oil and sauté the sauce for 3 minutes, add the meat and potatoes. Leave on the heat for 5 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
