  • Cook the pork with the onion in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the meat is slightly browned, then season with salt, ground black pepper, and a touch of cumin.
  • Blend the tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, and broth, seasoning to taste.
  • Add the blended mixture to the skillet with the pork, integrate everything very well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the quelites to the skillet, then mix well and cook for 3 more minutes over medium-low heat.
  • Serve the pork in green sauce with quelites hot and accompany with tortillas.
