Pork Loin with Libanius Hummus

  • 1 kilo pork loin

  • With a knife, make holes in the pork loin and insert the almonds and chopped garlic.
  • Sprinkle the loin with garlic powder, onion powder, and coarse salt.
  • Wrap the loin with bacon and place it in a pan without oil to brown a bit on the outside, then transfer to the oven for 45 minutes at 200° C to cook through.
  • Remove from the oven and slice.
  • Generously spread each slice with Libanius Hummus.
