Place the pork loin in a large pot with all the ingredients and let it cook for 1 hour and a half or until the meat is cooked. Be careful not to overcook it so it doesn't dry out.
Once cooked, cut into medium cubes.
Place the cubes of meat in a large flat skillet. Brown them and add a little of the cooking broth.
