1 kilo pork loin
2 cups orange juice
1 liter whole milk
1 kilo lard
1/4 onions
2 cloves garlic
salt , to taste
500 milliliters water
corn tortillas

Place the pork loin in a large pot with all the ingredients and let it cook for about 1 hour or until the meat is cooked.
Once cooked, cut into medium cubes.
Place the meat cubes in a large, flat skillet. Brown them and add a little bit of the cooking broth.
Serve with corn tortillas, accompanied by delicious guacamole and pico de gallo.
