Christmas Pork Loin

Try this Christmas pork loin, it tastes amazing and is a great alternative to turkey. Your whole family will love it.

  • 1 1/2 kilos pork loin, clean
  • 4 oranges
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  •  salt salt
  •  pepper pepper

  • In a pan, add a little oil and brown the loin, then dry it and place it on a platter. Sauté the onion in the pan.
  • Juice the oranges, dissolve the mustard, and add the white wine, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  • Add the loin and cover. Cook on low heat until the loin is tender and the onion is almost falling apart (approximately 1 hour). Turn off and let cool.
  • Remove the loin and slice it. Strain the sauce by pressing, if it is too thin, thicken with a teaspoon of cornstarch and pour over the meat.
