Easy Pork Loin

This pork loin is very easy to make and tastes great. Give it a try, you can add more ingredients if you prefer.

  • 1 pork loin
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 6 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 4 beets, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, in pieces
  • 4 carrots, cut into cubes

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • Place the loin in a large lightly greased roasting pan, spreading 1/2 cup of the dressing over the loin. Mix the potatoes and beets with 2 tablespoons of the remaining dressing, placing them around the loin and bake for 15 min.
  • Mix the onion and carrot with the remaining dressing and add to the loin.
  • Bake for 1.5 hours or until the meat is well cooked and the vegetables are tender. Let rest for 10 min before slicing.
  • Slice and serve accompanied by the vegetables.
