Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, sear in a hot skillet. Roast in a hot oven until slightly pink, let rest for 10 minutes.
In a separate skillet, cook the spinach.
Place the spinach on the plate and top with the sliced pork. Add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture on top and glaze on a hot grill until browned.
