  • 1 package spinach
  • 1/4 cups blue cheese, grated

  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, fresh

  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Mix the blue cheese, breadcrumbs, and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt in a bowl.
  • Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, sear in a hot skillet. Roast in a hot oven until slightly pink, let rest for 10 minutes.
  • In a separate skillet, cook the spinach.
  • Place the spinach on the plate and top with the sliced pork. Add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture on top and glaze on a hot grill until browned.
