Cut the pork loin into 8 pieces.
Wrap the pork loin with bacon and secure it with toothpicks.
Juice half of the mandarins and cut the others into wedges.
In a pot, heat the oil, brown the meat on both sides, add the mandarin wedges, chipotle, garlic, and pepper. Add the juice, olive oil, and salt to taste.
Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
